Who Are We?

We are a technical  sales agency  founded in 1982 by Roger Searls, a former Sales & Marketing executive in the environmental chamber industry. 

The Agency offered capital equipment for R&D and Quality Assurance testing as well as technical assistance to clients in Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Medical markets.

By 1990 our fledgling agency offered a full complement of walk-in and reach-in refrigerators, freezers and stability chambers as well as glassware washers, ovens, liquid chillers and vibration test equipment.  Our client list included A&E firms, contractors, medical and industrial research laboratories, hospital radiology depts., contract test labs and factory Q.C. labs in Michigan and three surrounding states.

Today, nearly three decades later, we still offer pretty much the same product mix to the same markets but we’ve narrowed our territory to just Michigan for all product lines (except MB Dynamics) and our product range is focused on our specific areas of expertise..

We specialize in solving problems rather than just offering hardware/software in a “one size fits all” mindset. 

Because our focus has always been to serve our customer’s interests first and if we can’t offer a package of product and services to fit an application, we’ll gladly refer you to someone who can, even if that “someone” is a competitor.
